Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation by TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd.
TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable.
TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student and not to refund the Course Fees without giving any written notice on any grounds that TMC – TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. seems fit to maintain discipline and order in the class room or any other platforms.
If TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund within 20 working days from the date of Cancellation. If the payment is made online then refund will be done online to the account from which the payment was made.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Refund of Online payment will be made within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation letter or email received in the account from which the payment was made and in case of Cash payment, the amount will have to be collected from the Head Office of TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd.

Customers agree that we follow a 'No Refund & Cancellation Policy' at www.tmcshipping.inCustomers agree that TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for refunding the course fees or amount paid for enrolment in any of the courses under the varied packages on the website. The concerned branch of TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. should be approached in case of any feedback, complaint or suggestions. The concerned branch or department will take responsibility for resolution of a problem within 20 days.
These above policies apply to all TMC Shipping Pvt. Ltd. courses unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
